Return Policy

Tea is a food product and unfortunately we cannot accept returns.  If for some reason you are unhappy in any way we encourage you to reach out to us. If your tea has a quality control issue or your teaware comes damaged, it can be returned as long as it has not been used and it’s still in the original packaging. As a small business we are not responsible for the return shipping costs. Please note that we must be contacted within 30 days of the order delivery date for a return request.
